What does the application and leasing process look like?
The application and leasing process for renting an apartment at Constellation is simple. The first step is filling out an application online under the apartments tab, which will ask for your contact information, employment history, and rental history. Once the application is complete, it will be submitted to our property management company for review. If you are approved, you will be invited to sign a lease. The lease will spell out the terms of your rental agreement, including the length of the lease, the amount of rent, and any rules or regulations you are expected to follow. Once the lease is signed, you can move in and start enjoying your new home!
