What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

Before every move in we have the apartment professionally cleaned and painted. We will conduct maintenance checks to ensure all appliances, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC are running properly and complete safety and security checks to replace batteries in smoke detectors.

Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

No, the resident does not need to be present for a service technician to perform work.

Do you have on-site maintenance?

Yes, the property does have on-site maintenance for emergency maintenance requests. Non-emergent work orders will be complete in the order received Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

Place a work order on the resident portal, or contact the office. If it is an after hours emergency, call the office # 256-375-7500 and wait for the emergency maintenance prompt.

What happens if I am locked out?

We can let you back into your apartment during business hours. After hours, it is necessary to call a locksmith.

Amenities

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the property. Surface parking is free to residents registered vehicles. We also have reserved covered garage parking for a monthly fee.

What amenities does the property offer?

The property offers a resort style pool, a fitness center, dog park and dog wash, a rooftop lounge, a courtyard area with gas grills, cornhole boards, and Blink charging stations.

Is your community pet friendly, and how many pets can I have?

Yes, the community is pet friendly and welcomes up to two pets per apartment.

What appliances are standard?

All units include a stove, refrigerator, microwave and full size front loader washer and dryer.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

We do not currently have furnished apartments.

During which time periods are the amenities available for use?

The fitness center and mail center are open 24 hours a day. The pool, rooftop lounge, dogwash station, and clubroom are open from 9am – 9pm daily.

Is parking available, and what are the options for residents?

Open parking is available for all resident’s registered vehicles. We also offer covered reserved parking to residents for a monthly fee.

What are my options for paying my rent, and when is rent due?

You can pay rent through the online portal or in the office. Rent is due at the 1st of every month.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

We require a $100,000 of personal liability coverage. We do provide a policy that can be elected as your coverage if you do not wish to go through a separate company.

Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?

You have a choice between Google Fiber, Xfinity, and AT&T.

How do I set up my utilities, and which utilites are included in my rent?

Call or go online to set up electric with Huntsville Utilities. Call or go online to set up Internet and cable for Xfinity & AT&T. Water is billed with rent.

Where can I complete the application?

You can complete the application online or stop by our office for assistance.

The schools in the district are Blossomwood Elementary, Huntsville Junior High, and Huntsville High School.

There are many shopping centers nearby, including Twickenham Square, Bridge Street Town Centre and Parkway Place.

How do I get to Constellation?

We are located downtown, right in the Heart of Huntsville. Our cross-streets are Heart of Huntsville and Clinton Avenue. You can simply take the Clinton Ave. exit from I-565 and turn right on to Heart of Huntsville, 1st right is Constellation Drive. Future resident parking in on your right. This will lead you right to our leasing office.
